Cancellation Policy

Once your reservations is confirmed, we will require 25% deposit which is fully refundable (minus bank fees if paid by credit card) up to 73 hrs. prior to event. E-transfers are fully refundable. All Tour/Guest Cancelations under 72 hours before event receive 75% refund. Cancelation policies are reflective of Provincial Employment Regulations & banking fees. If one of your group cant make it, try inviting someone else. Everyone loves drinking!

YYCTOURS values our Community and Calgary Tour partners.

Generally, most venues do not like when groups show up with crazy/loud/drunk people. More Importantly, they, and YYCTOURS, do not want to be responsible for over-service,  so:

       - Each guest must sign a YYCTOURS event waiver;
       - Pre-drinking is not encouraged (you can be denied access to YYC TOUR if you are inebriated);
       - Be respectful of your YYCTOURS driver, venue staff and other patrons/guests.

​

*Custom pick up addresses outside 10 Km of the Calgary Tower may be subject to extra distance fees above the YYCTOURS ticket price to cover additional staff time and fuel.

All guests must be of legal drinking age.

​

No drinking in the YYCTOURS vehicle. (special permits that allow drinking can be applied for)


No animals. At YYCTOURS we love our pets, but sorry they are not allowed in our vehicles. Here is a Dog Friendly Brewery Map of Calgary where you can go with your pals.
